Billing cycles
All premium Timetoast subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly, depending on which billing cycle you choose.
Charge timings
We charge you on the same day of each billing cycle that your subscription was originally created. For instance, if you started a monthly subscription on the 20th, you will be charged on the 20th of each month. Likewise, you will be charged on the same day each year on the annual subscription.
If the date does not occur every billing cycle (e.g., you subscribed on the 31st, but the next month only has 30 days), then we will simply charge you on the last day of the month.
Payment methods
We use Stripe to process our payments. We don’t hold your credit card details in our database. They are stored securely with Stripe.
We accept major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diner’s Club and China UnionPay from customers worldwide.
Changing credit card details
You can view and change your credit card details from your "Subscription" page. Go to Account › Subscription. On this page, you can edit the card on file.
Invoices
You can view and download all your invoices from your "Subscription" page. Go to Account › Subscription › View invoices.
A list of your invoices are available You can choose to view your invoices in printable version or download the pdf.
Cancelling your subscription
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time.
To cancel your premium subscription, simply downgrade your account to a free plan or close your account completely.
